Life for 28-year-old Hilary Duff is pretty hectic! She released a new album earlier this year, shot music videos for her songs, and is a mom to her adorable 4-year-old son Luca. However, we were especially inspired by her self confidence when talking about her body after the pregnancy!

In a recent interview, Hilary described her special bond with her son. She stated that he gives her a purpose and brings so much joy to her life. This is completely evident if you check out her Instagram feed. It is full of smiling, happy pictures of her and little Luca.

Just like any other mom, Hilary’s body changed after having Luca. However, Hilary does not feel like she has to look perfect in a bathing suit. She sees herself as a normal woman who has had a baby. Hilary stated that she is strong and fit, but acknowledged that she occasionally has times where she doesn’t feel as good about herself. This is totally normal! We love her attitude that as long as she is healthy and taking care of her body, it doesn’t really matter what she looks like. Plus, sweet little Luca is her main priority!
