This simple life hack will help you save money, and give you the ability to create the perfect shade of lipstick just for you! Now, we are going to tell you how to make lip stick with crayons. Yes, we just said crayons. Bear with us, it really works!

Homemade MAC lipstick:
Ingredients:
Coconut oil
New crayons (whatever colors you like- bright, neutral, whatever you prefer)
^yep, that is it for the ingredients. You will also need small containers to store the lipstick in.

Directions:
Select a crayon and cut it approximately one inch from the tip of the crayon. Remove the paper from the tip of the crayon you just cut. Put approximately a cup of water in a small pot and heat up to low to medium heat. Now, put a small glass bowl in the center of the pot, but do not get water in your small glass bowl. Determine if you want a glossy or matte lipstick. If you want it to be glossy, put 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil in the glass bowl. If you want your lipstick to be matte, put 1/4 teaspoon of coconut oil in the bowl. Add your piece of crayon to the coconut oil and mix together as they melt. The crayon will melt slowly. Be sure not to turn the heat up too much because the crayon will burn quickly. Make sure the crayon and coconut oil are well mixed. Then, carefully pour the combined mixture into your storage containers. You can get creative and add different colored crayons to create unique colors that suit you!
